- I am a Ford Bros. aluminum panel truck built on a 1974 Ford Motor Company truck chassis in San Angelo Texas in 1974. I am powered by a 300 cubic inch straight six engine with a one barrel carberator. I usually have 2 people (occasionally 3) working inside selling food to people who may want to eat near where I am usually parked. This is across from the Marfa Book Company in Marfa Texas near the train tracks on Highland Avenue. The daily menu is sort of Meditteranean/ Middle Eastern...you know, falafel, hummus, delicious salads and baklava etc. Daily specials are also offered and there are at least one or two every day.

I love Adam and Krista, two of the hardest working and most creative young people I know. They have been part of my life for most of my twelve years in Marfa and I am the better for it. I wish them a long life together, as my friend Matt says to me, full of "love, peace and happiness."
